Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 19, 2026

Edgepoint Solutions LLC ("Edgepoint," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information for our website, consulting services, and the Meeting Intelligence application.

1. Company information

Edgepoint Solutions LLC is based in New Jersey, United States.

Privacy contact: info@edgepointsolutions.co

2. Information we collect

For Meeting Intelligence, most meeting data stays on your device. The application may process or collect the following information:

  • Meeting transcript text generated by speech-to-text processing through Apple’s speech services, which operate under Apple’s terms. Audio is never sent to Edgepoint’s servers.
  • Meeting type, duration, participant names, and agenda or prep notes if you provide them.
  • Saved meeting summaries, structured decisions, searchable history metadata, and Meeting Memory items you choose to keep for future context.
  • Subscription status information, including Apple transaction tokens used for subscription authentication.
  • Website contact information you submit, including name, email, subject, and message.
  • Consulting business contact details and project context you provide during inquiry or engagement.

3. Information we do not collect

  • Audio recordings do not leave your device.
  • We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or tracking data through Meeting Intelligence.
  • We do not collect contacts, location, or unrelated personal data from the app.

4. Third-party AI services

When you choose an AI-powered analysis provider, transcript text and related meeting metadata may be sent to the provider you selected for analysis.

  • Anthropic Claude API at api.anthropic.com when using Pro subscription analysis through api.edgepointsolutions.co or when using Claude BYOK.
  • OpenAI API at api.openai.com when using OpenAI BYOK.

When Meeting Memory is enabled for Pro or trial use, relevant local memory snippets may also be included with a live-analysis or summary request so the model has useful prior context. Data is sent only after explicit user consent. Meeting Intelligence presents a data consent prompt before cloud-based AI analysis is first used.

You can switch to Transcript Only mode at any time to stop AI-provider data sharing. No transcript or meeting metadata is sent when using the Built-in provider on macOS or Ollama on macOS.

5. How data is used

  • Transcript text and meeting metadata are used only to generate meeting analysis, including key topics, action items, questions, summaries, and Decision Intelligence.
  • Meeting Memory items are used to improve future live analysis and summaries by carrying forward relevant recurring context across meetings.
  • Edgepoint does not store meeting transcripts or analysis payloads on its servers. The backend proxies requests and discards them.
  • Third-party AI providers may apply their own privacy policies to the data they receive.

6. User control

  • You must explicitly consent before any transcript or meeting metadata is shared with a third-party AI provider.
  • You can revoke consent and return to Transcript Only mode at any time.
  • You can delete stored meeting data from within the app.
  • You can review, remove, or clear Meeting Memory items from the app when those controls are available on your platform.

7. Tracking, analytics, and cookies

  • Meeting Intelligence does not include behavioral tracking analytics.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.
  • The website may use essential hosting or platform cookies required for operation.

8. Data retention and security

Website inquiry records are retained only as needed for communication and business operations. Meeting data, searchable history, and Meeting Memory items are stored locally on your device unless and until you choose to send transcript text, relevant meeting metadata, and any selected memory context to a chosen AI provider for analysis. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be fully secure.

9. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Meeting Intelligence is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information submitted through our website, subject to legal and operational requirements.

11. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted at /privacy with a revised effective date.
